When you need to replace a damaged LCD display, please follow the below steps.
Step 1:
Turn off the bike, flip over the LCD display, and remove the screws on the mounting brackets.
Step 2:
Unplug the connector that goes from the LCD display, and remove the LCD display from the handlebar. The connector is near the handlebar.
Note: Before the disconnection of the connector, you might need to undo the cable tie. To unplug the display connector, hold and pull the connector halves apart directly, do not twist or turn them. Improper operation can give rise to wire damages inside.
Step 3:
To install the new LCD display, secure the brackets and plug in the connector.
